Delivery fees
- Harare delivery: $15
- Standard delivery (outside Harare): $30

Same-day and next-day rules (Monday–Friday)
- Orders placed before 10:00 (10am) Monday to Friday: same-day delivery
- Orders placed at or after 10:00 (10am) Monday to Friday: next working-day delivery (or next available delivery day under the weekend rules below)
Saturday
- We deliver on Saturday until 13:00 (1:00pm)
- Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed in time to meet Saturday cut-off and capacity; if Saturday delivery is no longer available, delivery will move to the next available delivery day (normally Monday)
Sunday
- We do not deliver on Sundays
- Orders placed on Sunday will be scheduled for the next available delivery day (normally Monday), subject to the Monday 10am cut-off rule above

Delivery notes
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location, traffic, weather, public holidays, or recipient availability.
- Someone should be available to receive the gift. If the recipient cannot be reached, we may reattempt on the next available delivery day.
- Coverage outside major centres may require confirmation via WhatsApp.
